Services are custom-created and delivered for client use. Upon completion, all rights are transferred to the Company. Services are non-refundable and provided without warranties.
Refund Policy
Refund Will Be Void If:
- Custom or special packages are selected
- Client is unresponsive for more than 2 weeks
- Project is placed on hold by client request
- Multiple revisions have been approved
- Incomplete or unclear creative brief
- Change of mind or business restructuring
Incompetent Delivery Conditions
- Does not meet agreed requirements
- All revision options exhausted
Late Delivery
Refunds apply only if delay is proven to be company fault after documented communication attempts.
Refund Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

8. Modification Rights
The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time.
9. Payment Terms
Production begins after full approval and payment clearance.

All services are drafted by our writers, who transfer all rights and ownership regarding the service to the company. All services are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or implied. REFUND POLICY
It is important that you carefully read and understand the refund policies in order to have full knowledge of the privileges and limitations governed by the World Publishing Company. We offer refunds only in special cases and under specified conditions, detailed as follows:
World Publishing Company offers a 100% Refund on all its services. However, it is not an unconditional 100% refund, and certain conditions still apply.
World Publishing Company’ Refund Policy will be Void if;
- You have chosen a special or a custom package.
- You have demanded revisions beyond the initial concepts
- The customer has not been contacted or is unresponsive for more than 2 weeks without notice.
- If the project is placed on hold upon customer request, the refund will be voided.
- The company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
- The creative brief is lacking in required information from the client’s end.
- The business is closing or changing its name or business.
- Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with a partner, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service provided will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
- Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions (for any services), the refund will not be applicable.
Incompetent Delivery:
Once the work is delivered, customers are only entitled to claim a refund once they have exhausted all the options detailed as follows;
- If it does not comply with project requirements (as requested/ documented by the customer).
- We are committed to providing our customers with 100% satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions to ensure that the delivery is up to the mark. We assign, re-assign, and rewrite your work to ensure complete satisfaction. Reserve FREE Pages for the future, but of the same value, and you can avail them at any time. If we’re still not able to deliver what you asked for, a refund will be processed with a mutual agreement on a set percentage (but only in cases where the delivery is completely off the mark)
Late Delivery:
We believe in “On Time Delivery,” but if, for any reason, we fail to deliver the requested service on time after at least three attempts to contact us, your refund will be processed once documentary evidence establishes that the late delivery was the company’s fault.
Refund Time Frame:
Refunds must be claimed within 30 days of delivery. Refunds claimed after the set time frame will not be entertained.
All customers must note the deadline for claiming a refund at the time of placing an order.
Cases Where Refund Will Not Be Issued:
- In case of late delivery due to some minor technical errors, such as grammatical, typing, word count, missing references etc, refunds will be processed with mutual agreement and company will only settle with partial refund or discounts reserved for future purchases.
- The company will not be responsible for any delay from the client’s end.
- No refund will be issued on the basis of low writing.

Thank you for your interest in our Flat 50% Discount on Book Printing Services promotion. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our printing services, the following terms and conditions apply:
1. Promotion Period
- This promotional offer is valid through June 26, 2026.
- Orders must be confirmed and payment arrangements completed on or before June 26, 2026, to qualify for the discount.
- The minimum order quantity to qualify for the 50% discount is 100 copies per individual book title.
- The 100-copy minimum must be for the same book, with the same interior content and ISBN (if applicable).

5. 6. Custom Printing Specifications
- Books with different trim sizes, cover types, paper types, or printing specifications may be treated as separate print runs and may not be combined toward the minimum quantity requirement.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, special pricing arrangement, promotional offer, or previously negotiated pricing unless approved in writing by management.
- All promotional quotes issued under this offer remain subject to material availability, production scheduling, and final approval by the printing department.
- Standard payment terms and production policies remain applicable.
- Printing production will commence after all required files, approvals, and applicable payments have been received.
- The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Orders confirmed during the promotional period will continue to receive the approved promotional pricing.
- This promotion is designed for bulk printing orders. The minimum quantity requirements are established to ensure efficient production and maintain the high-quality standards offered to our authors while providing substantial savings.
